⚽ Ramsey Girls Soccer is undefeated and celebrating a tremendous first half of its 2024 season. They are ranked #4 in the state of New Jersey, are in first place in the Big North Conference, and recently earned the top seed in the Bergen County Tournament.
What they’re saying: The Rams have the No. 1 seed in the county tournament and this team has what it takes to win the program’s first-ever outright Bergen County title. Sophomores Kendall Reid and Lizzie Rubon led the offense last week in a 5-0 win over Pascack Hills. Reid leads Ramsey this season with 14 goals and six assists. Rubin has 10 goals and 10 assists, while rookie Hope Ernst has 11 goals and a team-high 11 assists. There is a lot of young firepower on the field for Ramsey this fall. William and Mary commit Sophia Dallara and fellow senior captains Katie Rubin and Maddy Landel are the veteran leaders for this club. Ramsey is not afraid of anyone and showed that in a 1-0 win over Ramapo back in September. That win secured Ramsey’s top spot in the Bergen County Tournament. (nj.com)
