The Ramsey High School wrestling program is a competitive and highly regarded team that emphasizes discipline, strength, and resilience. With a focus on developing both technical skills and mental toughness, the program provides athletes with rigorous training and coaching to prepare them for success on the mat.

Our goal is to build an environment for growth as an athlete and student. Our expectations for the student athlete are second to none. They are to demonstrate sportsmanship both on and off the mat. We focus on our program to help prepare the student athlete for learning how to be comfortable in an uncomfortable environment and excel!
